LA Investment Capital to make investment into a Luxury Development in the Dominican Republic

Steve Muehler, President of LA Investment Capital, announces “LA Investment Capital International Real Estate Fund I”, to make investment in a luxury residential development in San Cristobal in the Dominican Republic.

The proposed new development is located in the south central area of the Dominican Republic, and will offer rustic tranquility while simultaneously featuring easy access. This 12 acre private community is in the coastal area of Palenque, San Cristobal, nestled in a secluded beach that has avoided commercialization for decades. Lush vegetation and the treasures of nature remain untouched in this hidden gem, offering escape from the usual tourist environment.

This secluded, private community features 48 home lots, each designed for the potential construction of spacious villa homes. The Residences also have two three-story buildings of condominiums, complete with luxurious furnishings and spacious design. At the center of this residential community is a beach Clubhouse and pool.

Shopping, dining, and a commercialized portion of the country is readily available nearby in Santo Domingo. The Residences are less than an hour away from the bustling capital, Santo Domingo, and only a little over an hour away from the nearest international airport.

The investment of $7 million USD is expected to return to investors of LA Investment Capital International Real Estate Fund I returns of greater than 30% per year.
