Racing car powered by chocolates

Racing car is powered by chocolate

You won’t take it as a fluke–it is true. Experts have designed a new racing car that is made of vegetables and powered by chocolate. You will be knocked off to know that the car can gain speeds of around 145 miles per hour when it is launched next month.

Warwick Innovative Manufacturing Research Center at Britain’s University of Warwick has the unique distinction of creating this car. James Meredith, who heads the project at Warwick, said: “The car isn’t on the track yet, but the engine is running well on a dynometer and we plan to take it out for track testing in two weeks. To show what is possible. People love motor racing, and the trick is to do it in a more environmentally responsible manner. A racing car doesn’t have to harm the planet.”

Though there is lot that needs to be seen in this but certainly it sounds a very good idea. A couple of years back, there was a news of trucks being powered by chocolates and a motorbike powered by bio-diesel. Now racing cars have been included into this. We need to watch with bated breath as what might emerge next. (!)
