Review of Shabdkosh.com

Shabdkosh.com is a wonderful tool for finding English terms in Hindi language. As for personal view, I can term Shabdkosh.com as the best source for finding a word of English in Hindi. I have used this website for my personal use and also referred it to my students and friends to whom I used to give English lectures for communication skills.

Online Hindi Dictionary--Shabdkosh.com

The concept of this wonderful site was developed Maneesh Soni in late 2003. It is reported on the site that he developed this site just for his passion for Hindi language.

One the home page of the site, there is a search bar where you can enter the query of words in English or Hindi. The database of the website will get the searched query for you and you can get the meaning of words in Hindi language.

It is so simple to use and there is perhaps nothing as comparable to this site. I would like to recommend Google Dictionaries to become like this. Though they are both created using contributions from the users, but still, Shabdkosh.com is far better maintained that those Google pages.

If you are looking to get something in Hindi from English, you can refer to Shabdkosh.com and you can visit the pronunciation guide for Hindi alphabet in English or here.

There are online dictionaries available but I am not sure about the efficiency that they provide. Just type English-Marathi Dictionary in Google and you will find some of them.
