Law firm goes green

Yes, you read it correctly! It is so strikingly strange, but this is where it gets best—individual efforts in reducing carbon footprints are the efforts that scientists are so seriously calling out. A law firm in Auckland has become the first law firm in New Zealand to be carbon neutral.Lowndes Associates has shown a guiding light to the small firms that can clearly play a vital role in carbon neutrality of any country, and especially of New Zealand, which is vying to become world’s first company to become carbon neutral.

The company has certainly taken the lead in providing example for small-scale companies to take up the cause of global warming in the internal processes individually. Measuring the carbon footprints of their staff, their resources in the office, and other activities would give the companies some knowledge about how they can reduce their carbon footprints by adopting some cutting measures of by offsetting it.
